Kathy Augustine was a star on the Nevada political scene and when her husband, Charles, dies of a stroke, Kathy finds herself charmed by his critical care nurse Chaz Higgs, who dries the widow’s tears. Chaz and Kathy get married exactly three weeks after her husband’s death. Three years later, Kathy would be dead.
